Asset Management Platform (hereinafter referred to as AMP) provides device operation capabilities for customers using Developer Center. Leveraging IoT and digital intelligence, this platform integrates the entire chain from production to distribution and end-user sales, offering multi-dimensional smart services including device operation, monitoring, maintenance, and data analytics.

Full lifecycle management from shipment to installation, operation, maintenance and monitoring, and after-sales support.

Device Shipment

Distribution Enterprise Management: Create distributor/agent/operator hierarchies according to the distribution network. Allocation Management: Assign devices to distributors/agents/operators based on orders.

Device Installation

Installation Site Management: Create installation sites based on projects. Device binding: Bind devices according to the actual installation situation at each installation site. It supports an overview of the device list and device statistics under the installation site.

Device Operation

Provide device list to view device statuses, device map to view device shipment distribution, Geofence to define permitted operational boundaries, scene linkage to customize device linkage control rules, and configuration management to independently set up installation site configurations and visual dashboard.

Maintenance & Monitoring

Monitor device fault and alert logs in real-time, support customizing fault and alert notifications; provide ticket capabilities to achieve full-process automated operation and maintenance.

After-Sales Support

Support the collection of end-users’ opinions and feedback, and provide device warranty ticket services.

Provide a role-based digital management capability across multiple service dimensions including Digital Operations, Digital Customer Service, and Digital Marketing.

Digital Operations: Provide foundational device data and operational data to optimize operation plans, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. Digital Customer Service: Offer capabilities such as alerts, fault detection, tickets, feedback, maintenance, and repair services to enhance Operations & Maintenance efficiency.

Digital Marketing: Display transparent multi-dimensional marketing data to help uncover existing demand and support enterprise decision-making.

C. Multi-dimensional Value-added Services

Offer various value-added services, including SIM/RTK management and device/SMS/voice call services. It also supports business capabilities such as usage queries, low-balance alerts, plan renewal, and order inquiries.
