7. Operation & Maintenance Monitoring

Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Monitoring includes two major modules: Alarm and Operation & Maintenance. It provides O&M monitoring personnel with real-time device alerts, fault logs and notifications, and delivers end-to-end electronic ticket services based on fault alerts to streamline O&M workflows and ensure fully traceable after-sales services.

7.1 Fault and Alert

In the "Fault and Alert" module, fault logs and alert logs reported by devices will be received and displayed in real time.

Prerequisite: Corresponding fault alert events first should be configured in the "Developer Center" – "Define Feature", as shown below:

After a device reports an alert-type event, the corresponding data will be displayed in the "Alert Log" list. AMP adopts different display mechanisms depending on whether the fault alert has been configured with Parameter Values for Resolution Fault Alert.

  • For fault alert events without configured resolution parameters, if the same type of fault is reported again within 5 minutes, only the log will be recorded, and no notifications will be sent.
  • For fault alert events with configured resolution parameters, if the same type of fault alert exists on the device, no new alert records of that type will be generated.

Click "View" to enter the alert event's detail page, which includes parameter information, historical processing records and notification records when reporting alert events.

Parameter Information: It includes output parameter and other parameters.

  • Output Parameter: The output parameter carried when this alert event is reported.
  • Other Parameters: Other device parameters with updated data when the alert event is reported.

Historical Processing Record: It includes manually resolved alert records and ticket transfer records.

Notification Record: It displays the AMP's notification records after the occurrence of this event.
