7.5 Contact Person

Enter the "Alarm" - "Alarm Contact" module, you can view the maintained alarm contact list

Click "Add” and enter the contact person's name, email and phone number. After selecting the alarm permissions, the contact person can be created.

Alarm Permission: The associated enterprise refers to the enterprise of the current account. You can select the current account’s enterprise and its subordinate enterprises. If both are selected, the contact person will be notified of alarms from devices in the current and subordinate enterprises.
