9.2 User Feedback
User feedback is used to provide an entry for submitting feedback within the app. After users fill in the feedback, they can view the feedback list and details in the “User Feedback” module. This feature is non-standard. If the manufacturer's OEM app includes the user feedback feature, please contact the AMP administrator for configuration.
Click "Details" to view the detailed feedback information, and you can also reply to the user. The reply content will be displayed in the app.
Click "Transfer Ticket" to turn the feedback into a ticket. For specific operations, please refer to the Transfer Ticket page.
